For Institutions
Have Flexibility
Not every institution has its own center for teaching and learning - due to different organizational priorities, budgetary concerns or other considerations. Perhaps a part-time support role within IT (or another functional area) is all that is needed to provide reactive support to faculty and students as issues come up. But, as the last year demonstrated, institutional needs and priorities can shift quickly.

Our target customer base is colleges and universities that do not have their own centers for teaching and learning, as well as those that do, but may have specific needs to supplement existing services on a short-term basis. The use cases may include:

A short-term need for staffing with a particular skill set, such as during implementation of instructional technology or related projects;

A need for topic-specific seminars or workshops;

Help developing online resources for on-demand faculty development offerings, such as courses, tutorials, blog posts, etc.

Help developing online and hybrid courses for expanding programs

Bridge (transitional) services - providing temporary staffing solutions to short-staffed teams (e.g. when looking to hire in the near future)

A need for extended evening or weekend hours

How This Works
Simply put, we pull from our vast network of highly qualified individuals - instructional designers, faculty developers, content creators and others, to create custom teams based on the institutional client’s specific needs and wants. Our services are flexible and contracts are tailored to your specific situation. Our contractors are available to start right away and transition out on a short notice.
Note: We are NOT an online program management (OPM) company. All services are provided through YOUR institution. We do NOT accept revenue sharing as a payment model.
Our Projects
Every project is unique. Our many contractors have a wide range of skills and we are able to tackle a variety of projects - from course clean-up to technology implementation.

We provided faculty training and support services to a number of higher education institutions. Best practices for teaching online and teaching with technology have been the most common areas of interest up to date. In our personalized work with faculty, we offer one-on-one support, hands-on help with content development, as well as the “buddy system” - weekly working sessions, where faculty can learn by doing in a low-pressure and low-stress environment.

Services included needs assessments, requests for information and proposals (RFI/RFP), system evaluations, negotiations with the vendors, implementation consulting, etc.

We partnered with institutions to create content, such as course templates, recorded presentations, interactive modules and online training courses for faculty. We assisted in a clean up of hundreds of courses following transition to a different LMS.
