About the Workshop
Today’s workplace can feel like an emotional rollercoaster—with constant changes in priorities, systems, leadership, and roles. ChangePRO gives you a practical way to manage it all with more clarity, confidence, and control.
This workshop focuses on building your personal resilience and readiness using a real change you’re facing right now—so what you learn is immediately relevant and usable.
This Workshop is For
- Employees navigating ongoing changes in priorities, structure, tools, or expectations
- Managers and individual contributors who want to stay productive and professional through disruption
- Anyone who wants a clear, repeatable approach to handling change—no prior change management experience required
Workshop Outline
Live Session 1: Core Concepts and Shared Language
Live Session 1 introduces the foundational ChangePro concepts and establishes a shared language for understanding the human side of change. Participants explore why change is difficult, the predictable nature of personal transition, common emotional and behavioral reactions, and patterns in how people adapt to change. Through facilitated discussion and hands-on activities, participants connect these concepts to real workplace experiences, increasing awareness of their own responses to change and building a foundation for application throughout the program.
Homework/Pre-work (Required): ChangePro Personal Improvement (PI) Assessment
Prior to Live Session 2, participants complete the ChangePro Personal Improvement (PI) assessment as required pre-work. This self-guided assessment helps participants better understand their personal approach to change, including coping strategies, change curve position, and adoption patterns. Participants review their results and note key insights, which serve as a foundation for discussion, interpretation, and application during the second live session.
Live Session 2: Interpretation, Discussion, and Next Steps
Live Session 2 focuses on interpreting PI assessment results and translating insights into practical action. Participants discuss their results in a facilitated setting, explore what the findings mean for managing change more effectively, and identify concrete next steps for applying ChangePro strategies in their work. The session emphasizes reflection, shared learning, and personal accountability, supporting participants in moving from awareness to intentional behavior change.
Learning Outcomes

- Describe the predictable nature of personal transition
- Recognize positive and negative reaction patterns to disruptive change in themselves and others
